Key Responsibilities:

Acts as a communication hub between customers and the sales team.

Manages customer orders, inquiries, and complaints.

Assists in preparing sales reports and analyzing data.

Maintains accurate sales data and updates ERP systems regularly.
Processes sales orders and ensures accuracy.

Maintains sales records and handles invoices.

Coordinates between different departments to streamline workflows.

Focuses on fundamental administrative support to keep sales operations smooth.

2. Marketing Manager

Salary: Market Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & execute marketing strategies for our brands.

Plan & manage campaigns (digital & offline) to grow brand awareness.

Conduct market research to find trends, opportunities & customer insights.

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with business objectives.

Monitor, analyze & optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.
