Sales Coordinator - Modular Building Solutions

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Sales Effectiveness, the Sales Coordinator provides support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales processes and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, maintaining sales records, and acting as a key liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare, process, and track sales orders, contracts, and invoices
  • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales data in CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Assist with sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and delivery status
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes as needed
  • Support sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
  • Handle general office tasks related to sales operations

What You'll Bring:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Some travel required

Work Environment:

This position primarily works in an office or in a home office. The position is largely sedentary with the majority of the position sitting in a chair and working with a computer. The role uses basic office equipment including a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse and printer. This position will need to be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
