We’re Hiring: Sales Coordinator (Oil & Gas / Construction)
Location: Qatar – Industrial Area

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in handling documentation, client communication, and project coordination.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support or administration
✔ Background in Oil & Gas or Construction projects preferred
✔ Strong skills in MS Excel & Word
✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth order execution
• Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery follow-ups
• Track sales opportunities and report won/lost quotations
• Maintain accurate sales records and project status updates
