Job Summary

Dandpo is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator from the printing industry to support internal sales operations, supplier coordination, and production follow-ups.The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Sales Coordinator in a printing or packaging company and possess strong coordination, communication, and operational follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, production timelines, material availability, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate internally with the Customer Service team for order processing and execution
• Support the sales team with quotations, order documentation, and operational follow-ups
• Track order status and ensure timely coordination between departments
• Follow up with production and vendors to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Maintain accurate records of orders, supplier communications, and sales documentation
• Assist in preparing reports, order trackers, and operational updates
• Ensure proper coordination between procurement, production, logistics, and customer service teams
• Handle operational escalations and support smooth workflow execution

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator in the printing industry is mandatory
• Good understanding of printing processes, materials, and production coordination
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
