Sales Coordinator for tiles and sanitary ware acts as the central link between the sales team, clients (contractors, designers, retail customers), and internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance). This role ensures smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction in the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Management: Receive, review, and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, quantities, and pricing for tiles and sanitary ware.
- Documentation & Quotations: Prepare detailed quotations, proforma invoices, and project proposals. Maintain organized sales records, contracts, and customer databases.
- Client Liaising & Support: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and sending updates on order status.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and purchasing departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and accurate stock availability and prepare samples for sales team.
- Project Tracking: Follow up on project inquiries and monitor project progress until completion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the building materials, luxury building materials, or interior design sector.
- Product Knowledge: Sound understanding of ceramic/porcelain tiles, sanitary ware, and related building materials.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in CRM software, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
