Sales Coordinator (Remote) – General Trading Company (Oil & Gas Industry)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team remotely. Our company is a Dubai-based general trading firm catering to the Oil & Gas industry.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate with strong communication and coordination skills, along with experience in handling sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and prepare competitive quotations
- Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and shipments
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation including POs, invoices, delivery notes, and LPOs
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on payments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in trading or the Oil & Gas sector
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Candidates currently on family (husband/father) sponsorship visa will be preferred
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
