Sales Coordinator (Remote) – General Trading Company (Oil & Gas Industry)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team remotely. Our company is a Dubai-based general trading firm catering to the Oil & Gas industry.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with strong communication and coordination skills, along with experience in handling sales operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare competitive quotations
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and shipments
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation including POs, invoices, delivery notes, and LPOs
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on payments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in trading or the Oil & Gas sector
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Candidates currently on family (husband/father) sponsorship visa will be preferred

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
