Sales Coordinator Required

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales representatives, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from lead to customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meeting for the Sales Team,
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team.
  • Prepare sales reports, quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Manage the sales inbox, respond to basic customer inquiries, and route leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client data.
  • Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, accounting) to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing for trade shows, sales meetings, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
