The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as a key support partner to the Director of Sales, ensuring seamless communication, accurate coordination, and memorable experiences for our guests and clients.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional hospitality by going above and beyond guest and client expectations in every interaction.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members through genuine connection and service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, leads, and client requests.
• Support sales initiatives through accurate preparation of proposals, contracts, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Coordinate bookings, events, meetings, and client details with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution of guest and client experiences.
• Maintain organized records, reports, and sales tracking systems.
• Conduct follow-up communications to strengthen client relationships and identify future opportunities.
• Represent Holladay Hospitality's commitment to excellence, integrity, and service in every interaction.

What We're Looking For
