About the Company:
Kreol Travel Retail is a division of Kreol Group of companies specialized in the distribution of various product categories specifically within the travel retail channel. This channel mainly includes duty frees, in places like airports, border shops, sea ports among others. The product categories span from confectionary & food to perfume & cosmetics to electronics & toys and more (essentially, every category you'd expect to see in a duty free shop). As a distributor, we have the official authorized agencies for brands we represent and sell into duty frees exclusively.
About the Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will process orders, make sure those orders are fulfilled and follow up with the customer with reorder recommendations based on secondary sales data and our forecasts. We have two fulfilment models: direct shipments, that are dispatched from supplier directly to our customers, and stockable supply, where we maintain inventory-on-hand of goods listed with our customers. You will be executing the end-to-end of both.
What You'll Do:
- Order Processing / Fulfilment: Raising purchase orders & vendor bills to suppliers and dispatching sales orders and sales invoices to customers while coordinating all the logistics involved in between. You'll be doing the data entry, documentation processing and coordination end-to-end which includes organizing the shipping logistics of actually ensuring the orders are fulfilled and receive the customer accurately and in time.
- Secondary Sellout Sales Analysis: Making sure secondary sales data is collected from each customer and then comparing that with stock-on-hand, our budgeted forecast as well as any customer order projections where applicable, and looking at any variances to ensure that we have sufficient stock to cover demand while avoiding both over and understock issues, taking action on whether any items are understocked by placing orders or promoting the product to increase rate of sale if they are overstocked. Also looking at sales data to identify any other noteworthy trends or points of observation.
- Marketing Coordination: Daily coordination and follow-up with our sales promoters in each shop location - getting customer feedback from them, making sure displays are merchandised properly and that they are achieving their sellout targets, implementing promotional calendars with customers ensuring they are activated properly, and organizing in-store activations by coordinating with various vendors as required.
Who you should be:
- -Either someone who has previous experience in a similar sales coordinator role in another distribution company, or someone who has worked buying-side as a merchandiser or procurement assistant at a travel retailer.
- -Someone with proficient excel skills as you will be required to work with big sheets of data and will have to pass an assessment test.
- -Odoo experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
