About the Role:

Lakhani Group is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Sales Coordinator (Female) to join our growing Real Estate team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates from reputable universities who are looking to gain hands-on experience in sales coordination, client communication, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and team schedules.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with the marketing department on promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Handle client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the sales team in achieving departmental targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Graduates from IBA, IoBM (CBM), SZABIST, DHA Suffa University, Bahria University, NED University, Hamdard University, Karachi University, and other reputable institutions will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
