The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing sales operations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth order processing and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to support day-to-day sales activities
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery coordination with logistics/warehouse teams
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM systems

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
