Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Agriculture Industry

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves handling sales operations, coordinating with clients and field staff, and ensuring smooth execution of orders in the agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.

Prepare and process sales orders.

Maintain accurate records of customer ledgers.

Follow up with clients regarding payments, deliveries, and after-sales service.

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product dispatch and delivery.

Support marketing activities such as farmer meetings.

Monitor sales performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

Address customer queries and escalate issues to the relevant departments for resolution.

Keep up-to-date with agriculture products, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in Pharma, agriculture, FMCG, or related industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Work Conditions:

Office-based role with coordination across branches, field staff, and customers.

May require occasional travel to farms, distributors, or exhibitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
