Sales Counselor

Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through their aesthetic journey—from consultation to conversion—while ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients about skin, hair, and laser treatments based on their needs.
• Explain treatment benefits, procedures, and pricing with clarity and confidence.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and package sales.
• Follow up with leads and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain client records and track conversions using CRM or Excel.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client handling (aesthetic clinic or healthcare preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
