Role Description

The Sales Coordinator with experience in Print Industry will be responsible for supporting the operations and sales team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth client communication, accurate order processing, and timely project delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced printing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide quotations, price lists, and product details to clients.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Order Processing & Coordination:

  • Receive and process purchase orders from clients.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure correct specifications, deadlines, and quality requirements are met.
  • Track the progress of print jobs and update clients accordingly.
  • Liaise with suppliers for raw materials, paper stock, or special printing requirements.

Logistics & Operations

  • Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Liaise with logistics providers, warehouses, and courier partners for smooth dispatch and delivery.
  • Track shipments and resolve operational discrepancies or delays.

Sales Team Support:

  • Prepare sales reports, client databases, and order tracking sheets.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up on leads generated by the sales team.

E-commerce Management

  • Manage product listings, pricing updates, and orders across the company website.
  • Process online sales orders and coordinate fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Track e-commerce KPIs such as order volumes, returns, and customer ratings.
  • Support customer engagement activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of online product information and delivery commitments.

Documentation & Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, client communications, and deliveries.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and job completion confirmations.

Quality & Delivery Coordination:

  • Ensure final printed materials meet customer requirements before dispatch.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of finished products.

Key Requirements:-

  • 1+ years experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales skills.
  • 1+ Years experience in E-commerce and logistics experience.
  • Customer Service and Communication skills.
  • Experience in the printing industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
