Sales Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting products, and provide styling or product advice.
- Sales Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately; issue receipts and manage daily sales reports.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of product lines, fabrics, sizing, and trends to promote sales.
- Merchandising: Arrange and restock displays to ensure the store looks appealing and aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and assist in stocktaking activities.
- Sales Targets: Work proactively to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Customer Retention: Build relationships with regular clients and collect feedback to improve the shopping experience.
Social Media & Marketing Duties
- Content Creation: Capture and edit photos/videos of products, new arrivals, and in-store events for social media posting.
- Social Media Management: Manage boutique’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), posting daily regularly and engaging with followers.
- Promotion & Campaigns: Help plan and execute online promotions, giveaways, influencer collaborations, or live selling sessions.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects the boutique’s branding, tone, and visual identity.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement, reach, and sales conversions from social media efforts and provide monthly reports.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with fashion and social media trends to keep content fresh and appealing.
Other General Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop.
- Follow store policies and operational guidelines.
- Support other staff in daily operations and events.
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the boutique both in-store and online.
