About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales & Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and excels at managing multiple priorities.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, converting leads into booked events, managing client communications, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact through post-event follow-up. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and proficiency with Salesforce and Asana.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Management
- Answer inbound sales calls promptly and professionally.
Event Booking & Client Support
- Book events and manage scheduling details.
- Send scheduling links, booking confirmations, and event-related communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues independently or escalate appropriately to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct post-event follow-up to support a positive customer experience.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Generate and send invoices.
- Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce.
- Manage tasks, projects, and communications within Asana.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, production, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Learn, document, and follow all company processes and standard operating procedures.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and customer experience.
- Take initiative to implement solutions and recommend process enhancements.
- Support the ongoing development and documentation of company procedures.
- Qualify leads, capture client information, and identify customer needs.
- Process submission forms and create accurate estimates within company workflows.
- Prepare and send estimates in a timely manner.
- Track estimates and conduct follow-up communications to close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records in Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, client coordination, account management, or a related role.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fully remote environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong follow-through and time-management abilities.
- Experience using Salesforce for CRM management, pipeline tracking, and data entry.
- Experience using Asana for task management, project updates, and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office workspace.
- Willingness to be a strong team player.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
