About the Role

We are seeking a sales-driven, well-presented, and customer-focused individual to join our growing self-storage facility. This position plays a key role in driving unit rentals, managing customer relationships, maintaining inventory and CRM systems, and ensuring smooth coordination with clients and service providers.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident on the phone, strong in sales and follow-up, and capable of handling basic administrative and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Answer inbound sales calls and actively follow up with leads to close bookings.
  • Make outbound calls to promote storage units and convert prospects into clients.
  • Prepare and send quotations, follow up, and negotiate when required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Customer Service & Operations

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
  • Coordinate with moving and logistics companies to assist clients efficiently.
  • Update and maintain the facility’s inventory management and CRM systems.
  • Issue invoices, process payments, and manage filing of receipts and client documents.

Administrative Support

  • Track and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and activity updates for management.
  • Work closely with management to improve customer experience and sales conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Languages:
  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic is an advantage
  • Sales Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in sales (preferably in real estate, self-storage, service-based industries, or similar)
  • CRM / System Skills:
  • Proficient in using inventory management systems and CRM software
  • Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personality:
  • Sales-oriented
  • Proactive and results-driven
  • Strong people/interpersonal skills
  • Presentation:
  • Well-groomed and professionally dressed at all times
  • Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organized
  • Strong follow-up and task completion skills

Preferred Experience

  • Background in sales, customer relations, real estate leasing, facility management, or service-based businesses.
  • Experience working in a self-storage or similar operational facility is highly advantageous.
