Progressive Realty Partners is seeking an energetic and outgoing call center agent to manage inbound and outbound customer relations with the goal of converting leads to sales.
The Opportunity:
This position will deal with customers through multiple channels, including, but not limited to phone calls, online messaging/chat and emails. Sales skills, speaking skills and writing skills are a must. Additionally, the ability to configure reports in Excel will be necessary.
The ideal candidate is organized and is able to effectively work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. This position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Marketing team and Operations team. Daily responsibilities are focused on generating sales by converting new and existing leads within our system. These tasks include:
