Sales & Customer Service Associate

Progressive Realty Partners is seeking an energetic and outgoing call center agent to manage inbound and outbound customer relations with the goal of converting leads to sales.

The Opportunity:

This position will deal with customers through multiple channels, including, but not limited to phone calls, online messaging/chat and emails. Sales skills, speaking skills and writing skills are a must. Additionally, the ability to configure reports in Excel will be necessary.

The ideal candidate is organized and is able to effectively work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. This position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Marketing team and Operations team. Daily responsibilities are focused on generating sales by converting new and existing leads within our system. These tasks include:

  • Receive inbound calls, chat requests, emails, and internet inquiries from prospective customers
  • Identify and provide solutions tailored to specific storage needs
  • Follow up on leads via outbound calls, emails, and automated campaigns
  • Create and maintain accurate lead tracking in the CRM system
  • Provide customer service and sales support for on-site managers to help convert leads into rentals
  • Monitor social media activity and flag customer inquiries or opportunities for follow-up
  • Support basic content creation such as photos, short videos, and promotional updates
  • Collaborate with the team to highlight promotions, events, and customer success stories on social platforms
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve over time

The Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in a call center and/or sales environment
  • Bilingual Required: English & Spanish
  • Professional, polished, and articulate phone and written communication skills
  • Organization, prioritization and multitasking capabilities
  • Beginner Excel skills
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently
  • Responsible, accountable and dependable
  • Experience in property management or the self-storage industry is a plus
