We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Zayed International Airport Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will provide exceptional transportation services to tourists visiting Abu Dhabi, ensuring an unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Abu Dhabi's tourist attractions, possess outstanding sales skills, and excel in customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist Customers, providing information about transportation options and local attractions.
• Coordinate transportation services to and from key tourist locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Promote and sell transportation packages and additional services, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
• Maintain a high standard of grooming and professionalism in all interactions.
• Answer inquiries about Abu Dhabi’s tourist locations, activities, and local culture.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Data Entry in the ERP and making the daily reports and submitting it to Finance Department.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the tourism or transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s tourist attractions and cultural landmarks.
• Multilingual proficiency (Arabic, English, and at least one other language preferred).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
