Job Title:

Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer deliveries based on confirmed sales orders and product availability
  • Communicate with warehouse teams, drivers, couriers, and logistics partners to arrange deliveries
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion
  • Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices
  • Follow up with customers to collect signed delivery notes and Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Maintain organized records of delivery and invoicing documents
  • Act as the main contact for customers regarding delivery updates and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, logistics, and finance (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to coordinate effectively between different departments
  • Basic knowledge of sales invoicing and delivery procedures
  • Experience using ERP systems (ERPNext is an advantage) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Available for immediate joining
