Job Title:
Sales & Customer Service Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer deliveries based on confirmed sales orders and product availability
- Communicate with warehouse teams, drivers, couriers, and logistics partners to arrange deliveries
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion
- Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices
- Follow up with customers to collect signed delivery notes and Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Maintain organized records of delivery and invoicing documents
- Act as the main contact for customers regarding delivery updates and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, logistics, and finance (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to coordinate effectively between different departments
- Basic knowledge of sales invoicing and delivery procedures
- Experience using ERP systems (ERPNext is an advantage) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Available for immediate joining
