We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive who can handle customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, and provide professional support through calls, chats, and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Explain services, pricing, and delivery timelines clearly
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve sales targets
- Guide customers through the order placement process
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with writing, sales, and marketing teams
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, or Sales
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Clear and confident British or neutral accent preferred
- Sales-oriented mindset with persuasion skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM or order management systems
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills
