We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive who can handle customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, and provide professional support through calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Explain services, pricing, and delivery timelines clearly
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve sales targets
  • Guide customers through the order placement process
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant services
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with writing, sales, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, or Sales
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Clear and confident British or neutral accent preferred
  • Sales-oriented mindset with persuasion skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or order management systems
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills
