Sales & Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive with at-least 1 year for a UK based campaign

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound Customer Calls.
• Customer Service
• Closing Customers.
• Maintaining relationship with B2B customers.
• Resolve Customer Issues and Complaints.
• Must be able to communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain Data in companies internal CRM, hubspot and Excel Sheets

Requirements:

• UK experience is preferable.
• Customer Service Experience is required
• Minimum Bachelors Degree (16 year of education)
• Excellent English Written and verbal communication
• Tech-savvy with the idea to use software systems/CRMs
• Able to work in UK business timings
