Sales & Design Associate

Vivaldi Lifestyles is looking for an eager, positive professional with retail, interior design, or home decor sales experience. We are a one stop showroom, selling Tiles, Slabs, cabinets, and appliances. We are growing our team at Vvaldi Group. Leaping to its next growth stage we want to add talent to take us to the next level.

Requires design sense with a competitive and pleasant ability to create accounts and boost sales.

Job responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Answers and handles telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with professionalism and courtesy.
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Keep updated records and files
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
• Create Opportunities/Quotes/ Holds/Sales Orders/Invoices
• Be aware of product promotions and advertisement.
• Assist customers in natural stone selection.
• Inform customers of our safety policy.
• Make calls to achieve more sales on daily basis is a must.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Proven sales experience, particularly in outside sales and B2B environments
• Familiarity with account management and business development strategies
• Proficient in Salesforce and other sales technologies
• Experience in retail sales and conducting product demos
• Ability to perform cold calling and sales analysis effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
