Sales & Design Consultant – West Valley Phoenix, AZ

We’re hiring a full-time Sales & Design Consultant to meet with customers in their homes, recommend window treatments, measure openings, manage orders, and support our wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate is self-driven, professional, and hungry to sell.

What You’ll Do

• Attend in-home sales appointments
• Measure windows/doors & recommend solutions
• Manage projects from sale through installation
• Generate new business but largely company-provided leads

Requirements

• Outside sales experience
• Window coverings or interior design experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license + background check

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
