About the Role

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you’ll work directly with homeowners, contractors, builders, and commercial clients to help them select and design projects ranging from new home builds and remodels to commercial spaces. This self-motivated, client-facing role combines design guidance, project management, and relationship-based selling.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to assess flooring, cabinetry, and countertop needs and guide them through product selection
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, contractors, and builders
  • Measure spaces, estimate materials, present proposals, manage payments, and oversee project quality
  • Develop leads, network in the community, and connect with potential customers on social media
  • Keep up to date on the full range of products and services offered
  • Coordinate with vendors and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and on-trend
  • Schedule and conduct client design consultations

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, interior design, or a related field (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to develop leads and manage a sales pipeline
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Fundamental social media skills for networking and prospecting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in flooring, construction, or design is a plus—but not required; we’re happy to train the right person
  • Experience with 20/20 Software or the ability to read blueprints is a plus

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
