Sales & Design Coordinator

NOW HIRING – Assistant / Design / Sales (Hybrid Position)

Pride Construction & Roofing is seeking a motivated, organized, and sales-driven individual to join our team. This role combines client coordination, design assistance, and sales responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Support sales team with estimates and client updates
• Help coordinate material selections (flooring, paint, tile, cabinetry, etc.)
• Assist with basic design presentation and project planning
• Provide administrative and project coordination support
• Actively support sales efforts and client conversion

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction, remodeling, design, or sales preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset

Compensation Structure:

• Base Pay: $12 – $16 per hour
• Commission: 5% – 10% of closed project revenue
• Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based incentives for monthly sales goals and productivity

This position is designed for someone who wants a lower hourly base with strong earning potential through commissions. The right candidate will be motivated by sales performance and the opportunity to significantly increase income based on results.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
