Our growth is leading us to look for a motivated, customer-friendly individual to join our team as a Sales & Design Specialist. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales & Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key driver of high-end sales, blending expert product knowledge with creative design skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your passion for interior design, lighting, renovation, and construction will shine through as you assist clients in transforming their spaces. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while helping customers realize their vision through personalized solutions and professional guidance.

Duties

• Meet with customers on-site to design custom lighting solutions (landscape, holiday, and permanent lighting)
• Engage with customers through outside and inside sales channels, providing expert advice on lighting design solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and layout designs software tools to showcase potential solutions.
• Create lighting layouts and proposals using a computer/design software.
• Develop strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, offering tailored recommendations, and selling premium products and services.
• Manage account details and process transactions.
• Collaborate with clients on projects, providing guidance on lighting design and maintenance.
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products and special offers to increase sales volume.
• Provide excellent customer service from first contact through project completion
• Work both in the field and in-office as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or inside sales is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to sell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects efficiently.
• Comfortable using computers/design software (or ability to learn quickly)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
