Job Title: Sales Desk Executive

Job Overview
The Sales Desk Executive will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating quotations, and ensuring smooth order processing from enquiry to delivery. This role requires strong coordination skills between clients, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log RFQs, calls, and client enquiries; open opportunities in CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
- Prepare and send techno-commercial offers; follow up proactively to secure LPOs (Local Purchase Orders).
- Create and process sales orders; liaise with planning and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update client databases, price lists, and product catalogues.
- Coordinate with site teams to schedule deliveries and installation slots.
- Update sales pipeline, record win/loss reasons, and prepare weekly sales performance reports.
- Support authority submissions or client appointments for minor documentation or follow-ups as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role (preferably in industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors).
- Strong proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE market and local authority processes is an advantage
