• Salesforce CRM Cleanup & Management
• Add New Leads in CRM
• Qualify Leads through Phone Calls
• Provide Feedback on Qualified Lead Follow Up by Outside Sales Team
• Assist in Appointment Set-Up
• Complete and Submit Estimate Request Forms to Estimating Department, including for Outside Sales Reps as Necessary.
• Submit Price Estimates to Customers through various forms such as web-based and Excel, including for Outside Sales Reps as Necessary.
• Complete Full Sales Process for Local Small to Medium Size Businesses (100 employees and less in the Louisville area).
• Create Presentations in PowerPoint
• Work with VP of Sales
• Develop Marketing Ideas and Strategies
• Create Email Templates in Pardot
• Create Segmentation Lists and Automations in Pardot
• Minor Website Alterations (DNN knowledge)
