Role Summary:


Generate leads through email & direct contact campaigns

● Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities as a secondary source

● Contact potential prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn /Social selling, and emails

● Present our company to potential prospects via customer presentations & demos

● Working closely with the marketing team to map customer insights-nurture sequences- email/campaign cadence. with the solutions/product team for demos & pushing opportunities down the funnel & with the sales team to close contracts

● Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services

● Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market


● Fluency in Arabic Language is a must.

4–7 years in enterprise-level B2B Sales Development, Demand Generation, or Business Development roles, ideally within SaaS and HR Tech industries. Experience supporting or working through large-scale enterprise acquisitions (e.g., Goldman Sachs) is a strong plus.
