Job description:
Atlantis Tech is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR). We are looking for freshers or experienced candidates who are motivated, result-driven, and have a strong interest in outbound sales and LinkedIn prospecting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients using LinkedIn and other outbound channels
- Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups
- Initiate conversations and build strong engagement with prospects
- Qualify leads based on business needs and readiness
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems
- Improve outreach messages to increase response and conversion rates
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
Job Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with prior SDR / BDR / Sales experience
- Basic to strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and client outreach
- Good English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Background in IT services, healthcare, SaaS, or outsourcing is preferred
- Willingness to work in a US shift
- Training will be provided by the company
