Sales Development Intern

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Intern to join our dynamic sales team. Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest and schedule meetings
  • Engage with potential customers through telemarketing efforts, effectively communicating the value of our solutions
  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads and gathering relevant customer information in our CRM software, such as HubSpot
  • Assist in developing targeted marketing campaigns to reach new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members on business development strategies and outreach plans
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and promptly

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently
  • Basic understanding of B2B (business-to-business) sales processes and telemarketing techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest in technology sales or technical sales environments
  • Ability to handle outbound calling with enthusiasm and persistence
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proactive attitude towards business development
  • Prior experience or coursework related to inside sales, customer service, or marketing is advantageous
