Sales Development Manager - BFSI

Looking Sales person from any sector who can build team from open market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Drive lead generation, pipeline management, and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
