Role Overview

We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales organization at Educate 360. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities to help drive new business and set the foundation for long-term client relationships.

The SDR position is an excellent entry point into sales and offers the opportunity to develop strong communication, analytical, and prospecting skills. You’ll learn how to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and effectively position our products and services. Our goal is to set you up for success as an SDR while providing clear pathways for professional growth within Educate 360.


Main Responsibilities

  • Execute a proactive strategy to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Prospect and engage potential leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
  • Utilize tools such as Outreach, Dynamics CRM, and other prospecting platforms to research accounts, identify key contacts, and craft personalized messaging
  • Conduct high-quality conversations with key stakeholders to uncover business needs and generate interest in Educate 360’s solutions
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Maintain organized records of activities, contacts, and progress in CRM
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of sales best practices and our learning and development offerings
Requirements:
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • A proactive and dependable team player who shows up for themselves and their team daily
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to think on your feet and handle objections confidently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve results
  • Open to feedback and eager to improve performance through coaching
