The Opportunity: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
This pivotal role is your gateway to a thriving sales career! As an SDR, you'll be the front line of DGRNTE's growth, mastering both inbound and outbound sales development. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by handling a high volume of inbound leads and proactively reaching out to prospects. We're looking for someone who is success-driven, disciplined, operationally sharp, and excels in cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Rapid Response: Quickly respond to inbound leads, qualify them, and efficiently move them through the sales pipeline.
- Real Estate Acumen (Plus): Experience or strong familiarity with the real estate or property management industry is highly preferred.
- Proactive Outreach: Build your own pipeline using effective cold calls, targeted emails, and engaging social media strategies.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct insightful discovery calls to deeply understand prospects' pain points, needs, and how DGRNTE can be their ideal solution.
- Meeting Generation: Consistently generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule high-quality demos for our Account Executives (AEs).
- Collaborative Growth: Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned and optimized lead generation efforts.
- Data Driven: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, track key metrics, and ensure data accuracy to inform strategy.
- Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads, discovery calls, and booked meetings.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, with a strong background in SDR, cold calling, or prospecting.
- Outreach Prowess: Demonstrated ability to cold call, generate leads, and prospect effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Operational Discipline: Detail-oriented and highly disciplined in managing tasks and pipelines within CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Resilience & Drive: Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection; motivated by challenges and eager to continuously learn and improve.
- Product Enthusiasm: Eager to quickly understand DGRNTE's product and confidently articulate its value to address prospect needs.
- Tech Savvy (Plus): Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, HubSpot) is a significant advantage.
