Job Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Timing : 07:00 pm to 04:00 am (On-site)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Salary : 60K basic + Uncapped commission


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Johar Town, Lahore, for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, as well as managing lead generation to drive business growth. Daily tasks will include outbound prospecting through calls and emails, nurturing leads, scheduling meetings and presentations, and maintaining an updated database of prospective customers. The role also involves understanding customer needs and pain points to effectively present Primeorbix's solutions.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • 1+ year experience in telecom sales/ outbound/ B2B/ lead generation
  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively communicate solutions
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
