Join our team helping businesses transform with SAP Business One, Zoho, and Spine HRMS solutions.

  • Target: CFO, CIO, Director–C-level leaders in Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG, Distribution, Retail & Services.
  • 50–60 calls, 20 personalized emails, and 20–30 LinkedIn touches daily.
  • Goal: 6–8 qualified meetings monthly (ERP/HRMS/CRM demos).
  • Pipeline: Generate 2–4 qualified opportunities monthly (high-value ERP deals).
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build relationships with 5+ new decision-makers weekly.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, and engage with C-level leaders in SMBs and mid-market firms.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery/demos for our solution experts.
  • Collaborate with marketing on inbound campaigns and industry events.
  • Track outreach and pipeline in Zoho CRM.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience (preferably in ERP/CRM/IT services).
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Curiosity, persistence, and ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Comfort with targets and metrics-driven work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
