We are building a high-performance sales team in Islamabad and are hiring ambitious SDRs who want to develop global sales skills, earn well, and grow quickly.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Prospect outbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Engage decision-makers across Canada, UAE, USA, and the UK.
  • Qualify leads using scripted frameworks and book meetings for account closers.
  • Log activities, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM (Go High Level).
  • Consistently meet weekly and monthly KPIs.

This is a professional B2B sales role involving conversations with business owners, executives, and IT leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 100–150 outbound calls per day.
  • Run multi-channel outreach sequences.
  • Book a consistent volume of qualified meetings each week.
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM records.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and improve performance weekly.
Desired Skills
  • Strong spoken English with a neutral or near-neutral accent.
  • Confidence in speaking with senior professionals.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Coachable, disciplined, and motivated to grow.
  • Comfortable working evening/night shifts.
  • Basic tech-savviness; BPO/call center experience is a plus but not required.
