  • Generate sales revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with prospects.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to establish initial contact and qualify leads.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Accurately document and manage all activities in the CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand pain points and assess their needs for fintech solutions.
  • Communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services effectively.
  • Collaborate with account executives and Sales Directors to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline and revenue forecast in Salesforce to ensure accurate recording of prospecting activity, conversion success, and active sales opportunities at each stage of the sales process.
  • Express the value proposition and benefits of BizEquity's products and solutions and use this knowledge to ensure that solutions address clear business needs for the client.
  • Meet or exceed their monthly revenue and total annual revenue goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development role, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Desire to work in the software and fintech industry

Compensation: $70K - $90K+ Earning Potential (Base + Uncapped commission)
