Sales Development Representative

Location: Ignitto, Wapda Town, Lahore
Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM (Monday–Friday)

Ignitto is expanding, and we’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can communicate clearly, write professionally, and help us connect with international clients. If you have strong English, enjoy talking to people, and can write solid proposals, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Write clear, compelling proposals and outreach messages
• Manage leads inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Qualify prospects and set appointments
• Maintain professional communication with clients
• Report daily progress and hit weekly KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English (spoken + written)
• Confident communication skills
• Ability to write clean, professional proposals
• Basic understanding of sales, prospecting, or outreach
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Previous SDR/BD/Upwork experience is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
