About Meson

Meson is a fast-growing lead management and contact centre business expanding rapidly across the United States.

We partner with real estate brokerages, luxury agencies, and high-end residential developments, helping them convert more leads, nurture databases, and grow revenue through structured sales engagement.

We are early in our U.S. expansion and are building our team city-by-city. This is an opportunity to be on the ground from the start and help establish Meson as a serious player in the U.S. real estate market.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hungry, driven Sales Development Representative based in New York to help us open doors, build relationships, and drive new business.

This is not a desk role. You’ll be out meeting agents, brokers, and developers, attending industry events, booking meetings, and helping grow Meson’s footprint in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world.

You’ll work closely with leadership and have real influence over how the U.S. business grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and generating new business within the New York real estate market
  • Meeting with real estate agents, brokerages, and developers in person
  • Attending industry events, networking functions, and market meetings
  • Booking and assisting with sales meetings and presentations
  • Building and nurturing a strong local network
  • Feeding market insights back to leadership to refine positioning and offers
  • Helping establish Meson’s brand presence in the New York market

Who We’re Looking For

  • Based in New York with the ability to travel locally
  • Background in real estate, property, or prop-tech strongly preferred
  • Existing relationships or network in the real estate industry is a major advantage
  • Confident communicator who can sell face-to-face
  • Self-starter who thrives without heavy structure
  • Hungry, competitive, and motivated by growth and commission
  • Comfortable representing a growing business in a new market

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
