Sales Development Representative

We are looking for confident and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our energetic sales team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have strong English communication skills and are eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Introduce company products/services and generate leads
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence, persistence, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a night shift environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools

• Prior experience in cold calling or sales is a plus but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
