About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels (LinkedIn especially)
- Use a dialer system for high-volume calling.
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- 1+ Years of SDR or inside sales experience (B2B)
- Active LinkedIn Profile.
- Proven experience with dialer systems for outbound calling.
- Strong verbal and written communication -English only.
- Ability to work independently in a remote EST Schedule - Strict Hours.
- Familiarity with CRM Tools and sales management platforms.
- Highly organized with strong time management.
- Experience in lead generation for professional services or recruitment.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similiar tools.
