Sales Development Representative

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven individual to support our sales and business development efforts using modern AI and automation tools. This role focuses on lead generation, cold outreach, proposal drafting, CRM management, and client coordination. Most tasks are AI-assisted using tools like Claude and other advanced platforms.

Who Can Apply:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
  • Confident communicators with good English (written & verbal)
  • Candidates with calling experience are preferred
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn tools and Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and not afraid of rejection
  • Organized, reliable, and quick to learn new tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and prospects using modern sales tools
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Draft proposals and sales content using AI tools
  • Update and manage CRM data
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
  • Assist in client meetings and take structured notes
  • Handle basic customer support queries
  • Use automation tools (e.g., n8n) to streamline workflows
  • Utilize Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
  • Actively hunt for new business (commission-based rewards on results)
