Job Description

We’re hiring our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work directly with our Sales

Manager and Ownership team. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team, shape the

Recovery Worldwide operates several websites, which include directories of treatment centers,

thousands of pages of relevant content, and advertising opportunities for substance abuse and

mental health treatment providers. As our SDR, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our

network of partnered facilities.

In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with our existing partners and develop new

partnerships to expand our reach and position us to succeed in emerging, untapped markets.

Initially, this role will focus on outbound prospecting, identifying and engaging decision-makers

at treatment facilities, and setting qualified meetings for senior sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to drug and alcohol rehab treatment centers, behavioral health facilities, and other relevant potential advertisers.
  • Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, Marketing Directors, Admissions Directors,

third party marketing teams, etc.).

  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for senior sales executives.
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and track outreach activity.
  • Enter client data into database and review profile submissions for accuracy.
  • Make updates and improvements to existing client profiles.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach scripts, messaging, and targeting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including content, marketing, legal,

development, and design.

  • Clearly articulate the value of Recovery Worldwide’s digital advertising solutions and online directories.
  • Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and ensure exceptional, timely service.
  • Confidently present and position Recovery Worldwide’s advertising platform to clients and prospects.
  • Educate clients on key industry and product updates while relaying feedback to management and ownership.
  • Negotiate contracts and assist management in closing deals that align client goals with platform value.
  • Onboard new providers and provide accurate performance reporting using internal software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and partner support (preferably within digital media or healthcare marketing) preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and organizational tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, video, and email.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and competitive mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in an outbound “hunter” role.
  • Comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers.
  • Coachable, proactive, and eager to grow and learn this industry.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of addiction treatment, behavioral healthcare, or healthcare compliance and ethics.

Where You’ll Work:

This is a full-time, hybrid role within driving distance of downtown Orlando, FL, requiring the

ability to report to the office on short notice for collaboration.

Compensation

$60,000 base salary, with commission opportunities unlocked as you learn the industry

and prove performance.
