Sales Development Representative at AI Startup

We're uiAgent. We just raised our seed round and we're building a world-class team to reinvent accounting through AI Agents. With real revenue, rapid growth, and a massive market ahead, we're now looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative to join us—opening doors to the biggest accounting firms in the country and setting the sales culture for years to come.


Why this role?  You're not just joining as another SDR. You'll be at the front lines of a company redefining how accountants work. You'll work side-by-side with founders and a small, elite team on real go-to-market strategy. You'll see your pipeline turn into revenue fast and make a real impact for our customers—and for the business.


What you'll do:

  • Own outbound prospecting for enterprise accounting firms and Fortune 500 finance teams
  • Research, identify, and engage decision-makers at target accounts through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with founders on messaging, positioning, and sales playbooks
  • Shape sales culture—process, tools, cadences, and what "great" looks like
  • Move fast: test new approaches, track what works, iterate relentlessly


Who you are:

  • 1-3 years in B2B sales development, ideally selling to accounting, finance, or enterprise buyers
  • Relentless prospector—you don't wait for leads, you create them
  • Excellent communicator who can articulate complex value props simply
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM hygiene and follow-up
  • Thick-skinned and resilient—you hear "no" and get curious, not defeated
  • Hungry to learn the product deeply and become a trusted advisor to prospects
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, push through ambiguity, and love winning with others


How we work:

  • No remote work / only on-site


What you get:

  • $60-80k base + 5-20% commission on closed deals (OTE $200k-$250k)
