Your playbook: Daily standups, CRM scorecards, and KPIs. But the real key is your drive to lead, your fearless decisions, and your ability to push your team to perform at the highest level. You'll be expected to raise standards, develop closers, and ensure the team is always ahead of quota.

Position Overview

• Job Type: Sales Manager, Full-Time Leadership Role
• Work Hours: Results-driven (no clock-punchers)
• Compensation: Uncapped commission overrides + performance bonuses (Top performers make $120K+)
• Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Required Experience

• Proven track record leading sales teams to quota and beyond
• 3+ years in sales leadership with measurable results
• Experience building processes, SOPs, and accountability systems
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and zero-excuses mentality
• Ability to inspire confidence and demand excellence
• CRM proficiency (GoHighLevel preferred, but we'll train the right killer)
• Comfortable with AI/tech sales (or hungry enough to learn fast)

What You'll Own
✅ Build and lead a team of 10–20 closers
✅ Hit $66K+ monthly revenue targets consistently
✅ Develop sales playbooks, scripts, and objection handling
✅ Run daily standups and weekly performance reviews
✅ Recruit, train, and fire (yes, you'll fire the weak links)
✅ Own pipeline management and forecast accuracy
✅ Create a culture where average performers quit on their own
