The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in driving pipeline growth and lead generation for the sales organization. The main focus is on proactive outbound outreach and effective communication to support the company’s sales targets and expansion across the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospection: Research and identify potential corporate prospects and target accounts.
Initial Outreach: Conduct outbound outreach activities including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach via platforms like LinkedIn.
Qualify Leads: Engage prospects, understand their needs, and qualify them based on criteria before passing to the sales team.
CRM Management: Log all interactions, status updates, and opportunities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to maintain updated pipeline data.
Book Meetings: Schedule qualified meetings and demo appointments with decision-makers for account executives.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing to align outreach messaging and campaign efforts.
Activity Targets & Reporting: Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, emails, and qualified opportunities; provide regular activity reports to the sales manager.
Typical Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required).
Experience: 1–3 years in sales development, inside sales, lead generation, or related roles.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Sales Skills: Persistence, resilience, and ability to handle objections.
Pay: From KD300.000 per month
