Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, establishing meaningful connections, and booking meetings for our senior leadership team. Your success will be measured by the number of contacts made, meetings booked, and the revenue generated from your efforts. The growing nature of our business means you'll get exposure to different functions in the business and have unparalleled opportunities for career progression. You'll have the opportunity to earn commission on any new business that comes as a result of your work.

Responsibilities Research and Prospecting
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify businesses that can benefit from TIDAL Digital's services.
  • Utilise various resources, including online platforms, industry directories, and professional networks, to identify potential clients.
  • Identify key decision makers within target organisations and gather relevant contact information.
  • Outreach and Relationship Building:
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, with the goal of introducing TIDAL Digital's services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of TIDAL Digital's offerings to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points to tailor TIDAL Digital's solutions accordingly.
  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
Meeting Booking
  • Collaborate internally to coordinate schedules and book meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline calendar, ensuring that meetings are well planned, organised, and optimised for success.
  • Provide necessary meeting details and context to the senior leadership team, enabling them to deliver personalised and impactful presentations.
Performance Measurement
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, communications, and outcomes using CRM software.
  • Regularly report on key performance metrics, including the number of contacts made, meetings booked, and revenue generated from your activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimise strategies and share valuable insights gained from prospect interactions.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, used to speaking and presenting to people at various levels of seniority over the telephone, video conference and face to face.
  • Highly organised, ability to manage task lists and juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Self motivated, proactive, shows initiative and able to work remotely.
  • Prior experience working in the digital marketing sphere is highly desirable.
  • Familiar with some or all of our core channel offerings: Paid Search, Programmatic, Display, Paid Social, SEO, Content and Analytics.
  • An eye for detail, able to quickly and accurately review the work of others before sending to Clients.
  • Numerically confident with good knowledge of the Microsoft or Google product suites.
