The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline for the company’s IT/software solutions. This role focuses heavily on prospecting, cold emailing, cold calling, nurturing leads, research-based outreach, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
